Changes to Physical Security Plan, Contiagency Plan and Guard Force Training & Oualification Plan .

A complete review of the LACBWR Physical Security Plan has been performed, and a

. number of changes were found necessary to keep the Plan current. These changes are being

! submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(P). This revision has been approved by the LACBWR Operations Review Committee and the Safety Review Committee.  ;

Due to page renumbering and realignment, the LACBWR Physical Security Plan is being reissued in its entirety. Included are the Security Force Training & Qualification Plan as Addendum I and the Safeguards Contingency Plan as Addendum II. Locations of the changes are L

indicated by a bold bar in the right hand margin of each affected page. -

We are enclosing, as a separate item, an explanation of the changes to our subject plans.

g We have reviewed these changes and have determined they de not result in a decreue in the

safeguards effectiveness of the plans.

It b requested that all enclosures be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to ,

10 CFR 2.790(d).
