1 Due to the shutdown, a review of surveillance testing was, conducted. The. f majority of testing no longer required by Technical Specifications has.been-terminated. ; Performance of the following tests is also being' terminated.

These tests are not required.by Technical Specifications,Lbut are tests Dairyland Power had committed to performing when the plant was operating., Tho~

tests were in response to TMI requirements'(NUREG-0578 and 0737)'and their, bases no longer apply.  !
