As you are: aware, the NRC staff has determined that a series of audits is-  !

necessary to verify the proper implementation of the-Babcock & Wilcox Owners  :

iGroup'(B&WOG) safety and performance improvement program (SPIP) recomendations at each B&W designed facility. The staff's intent to audit the implementation cof this' program was identified in section 12.2 of the staff's SER on the B&WOG .

Plant Reassessment Program'(NUREG-1231, November 1987). This audit series-  !

Y teonsists of La SPIP_ programatic' audit (which has been completed already), a SPIP'recomendation implementation audit, and a followup audit,-.if neessary..
