QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR' TROJAN OPERATIONS Thank you for the additional information we requested in our' letter of November 20, 1986 regarding Revision 11 to the PGE Nuclear Quality Assurance Program. ,Your. response of January 9, 1987 included an_ interim change to replace Revision 11, Section 1.2.2.1.2. Subsequent discussions between

' Mr. Schweitzer of your staff and Mr. Wagner of_ this office resulted in modifications to two ,of the changes submitted. Specifically, Section 1.2.2.1.4.7.1(1) of Revision 10 will be added to Section 1.2.2.1.2.2 of the interim change to Revision 11; and Section 15.2.3(a) will include provisions  !

for initiation of an NCR prior to release of an item for installation that is lacking the required documentation.

Our review ~of the changes submitted reveals that Revision 11, as amended by your letter of January 9 -1987 and the above modifications, will continue to meet the. requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B; therefore the changes are acceptable. If there are any changes to other operative QA commitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the SAR QA program description, you are obligated to notify this office. Implementing.such changes should

.be based on 10 CFR 50.54.(a)(3).
