FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. This information was evaluated _for the NRC by Science Applications International Corporation and a draft Technical Evaluation Report (TER) generated-(Reference. 3). The draft TER ' described additional information which was needed so that the staff could complete its review of the generic letter. ,In Reference 4 you responded to the TER.

The staff has completed its review of your response to the' three areas described in the TER as needing additional information and has determined that the explanation is acceptable. This completes our review of Generic Letter 83-28 -Item 1.2.
