This confirms our plans as discussed between Mr. I. Jackiw of this office and Mr. B. Day of your staff to conduct an Enforcement Conference at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 1989 at the Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

The purpose of the Enforcement Conference is to discuss the apparent violation concerning inadequate corrective action for a previous equipmer;t qualification (EQ) violation.

At the Enforcement Conference, you should be prepared to discuss the topics listed in the enclosure to this letter. We request you provide a bandout at the Enforcement Conference that succinctly describes your position (< the discussion topics.

We will gladly discuss any questions you may have regarding this matter.
