Response to Administrative Letter 99-02 Operating Reactor Licensing Action Estimates On June 3,1999 the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Administrative Letter 99-02, requesting licensees to provide within 45 days of. receipt an estimate of licensing action submittals anticipated in addition to those licensing action requests we have already submitted, we anticipate an average of four new submittals per year for the foreseeable future.
Specifically, for the duration of fiscal year 1999 we anticipate three new submittals. For fiscal year 2000 and 2001 we anticipate four new submittals. No large submittals are planned at this time.
