Semi-Annual Report for January Through June,1999 In accordance with Monticello Technical Specification Section 6.7.A 4, we are submitting the following l information as attachments:

A. Effluent and Waste Disposal Semi-Annual Report for January - June,1999.

B. Revised Effluent and Waste Disposal Semi-Annual Report for July - December,1998.

This revision is necessary because an error was made in the original report relating to the number of waste shipments made. The original report did not contain data pertaining to solid waste shipments made to Envirocare in Clive, UT. These shipments were not reported because of an error in a computer program used to generate the report. The root cause of this error is being determined via the condition report process.

C. Revisions to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM).

There were no changes to the Process Control Program (PCP) Manual during the reporting period.

Also, there were no milk and vegetable sampling deviations during this reporting period.
