Dear Dr. Asmussen:

The NRC Region V Office recently notified you, by letter dated January 20, 1989, that your April 1988 revision to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) was acceptable as a 10 CFR 70.32(c) change. Accordingly, we are revising License Condition 2.1 of Amendment SG-1 to your License No. SNM-696 to incorporate such revision. Revised Condition 2.1 is effective immediately, and reads as shown in the enclosure to this letter.
