MMessier, LFMB ETen Eyck We have completed our review of the changes to your fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan submitted by your cover letter dated May 1,1990.
Wehavedeterminedthatthechangesareofthetypedescribedin10CFR70.32(c) and that the changes will not adversely affect the common defense and security, nor the public health and safety, and are otherwise in the public interest.
Accordingly, we are revising License Condition 2.1 of Safeguards Amendment SG-1 to your License No. SNMt696, effective immediately, to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall. follow Revision A of the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated October 1982, as revised by (1) the submittal dated May 1990, (2) pages v11 and ix dated April 1988, and (3) pages 5-2, 6-3, 6 4, 6-7, 6-9, 7-1, 7-3, 7-4 and 8-1 through 8-5 dated November 1989.
The enclosure to your letter dated May 1,1990 contains information of a type describedin10CFR2.790(d). Such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23.
