MINOR REVISIONS TO HOT CELL DECOMMISSIONING PLAN (TAC NO. L31049)
Dear Dr. Asmussen:
In accordance with your application April 22,1998, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Coda of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-696 is hereby amended to include Revision 4 of the " General Atomics Hot Cell Facility Decommissioning Plan," dated January 1998. Safety Condition S-1 has been rcvised to include the date of April 22,1998, and all dates referring to previous revisions of the Decommissioning Plan have been deleted. All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of Materials License SNM-096 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
