In accordance with your application dated August 22, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70. Materials License No. SNM.696 is hereby amended to authorize the release for unrestricted use of approximately 18 acres, designated as areas 81 and B3, as described in the above application.
Accurdingly, the date of August 22, 1988, is added to License Condition 9.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the sasoe.
Enclosed is a copy of /cendrtent No.12 to License No. SNM.696 and the staff's Evaluation Report prepared in support of this amendinent. A copy of the Oak Ridge Associated Universities confinnatory survey report will be forwarded at a later date.
The State of California has been notified by telecon of this licensing action.
