In accordance with your amendment applications dated December 21, 1987, and March 9, 1988, and supplement dated March 9, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-696 is hereby amended to exempt NRC-licensed reactor operators and senior reactor operators from the retraining requirements and to change the company name.
Accordingly, the dates of December 21, 1987 and March 9, 1988 (2) are incorporated into Condition 9 of the License, and Condition 1 is revised as follows:

General Atomics All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Amended Materials License No. SNM-696 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
