Dear Mr. Edwards:
This refers to the inspection conducted on July 27-29,1999, at the General Atomics facility.-
. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection included portions of your physical security program. We determined that this program was properly implemented.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
