'In accordance with your application dated March 4,1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Materials License No SNM-696 is hereby amended to authorize the release for unrestricted use of approximately 277 acres of land as described in the above application.
Accordingly, the date of March 4,1988, is added to Condition 9 of your license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
Enclused is a copy of Amendment No. 9 to License No. SNM-696 and the staff's Evaluation Report prepared in support of this amendment.
