i In accordance with your amendment application dated September 8,1988, and pursuant to Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. ShM.696 is hereby amended to cuthorize the possession of 16 TRIGA fuel elements at the University of Missouri in Rolla, Missouri.
This authorization is subject to the following license condition:
3u. The licensee is hereby authorized to possess 16 TRIGA fuel elements at the University of Missouri for purpose of packaging the elements for c 11very to a carrier as specified in the amendment application dated Septerrber 8, 1988.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Amended Materials License No. SNM.696 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
