Enclosed is a copy of the latest revision to General Atomics'(GA's) " Fixed Site and Transportation Planfor the Protection ofSpecial Nuclear Material ofModerate and Low Strategic Significance," dated July 1999. For your convenience, a summary of the changes is also enclosed. In large measure, the changes consist of deletions which reflect the progress GA has made in its efforts to decommission facilities on its site.
GA has concluded that these revisions do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and has made the changes pursuant to 10 CFR 70.72(e).
