In accordance with your amendment application dated April 26, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-696 is hereby amended to delete five sampling stations from the existing environmental monitoring program.
Accordingly, the date of April 26, 1988, is incorporated into Condition 9 of the License.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same, hrended Materials 1.icense No. SNM-696 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
