This acknowledges the receipt of M. E. Remley's letter of January 20, 1989 (file reference: 89RC00433) by which you transmitted a change to your Category II Physical Protection Plan, This plan is now referred to as Revision 5 of the " Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Moderate Strategic Quantities of Special Nuclear Material at the Hot Laboratories of the Rocketdyne Division of Rockwell International" dated May 19, 1980.
We find the enclosure to that letter to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e). Accordingly, it is acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
