We have received a copy of your application dated October 22, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requests approval of certain administrative and organizational changes at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
In your application you stated that no application fee is required because this application supersedes your applications dated July 26 and December 5, 1985. While the $150 application fee was remitted with each of those applications, it is our understanding from the review staff that review of them was basically completed when the October 22, 1986 application was filed. Therefore, they consider the October 22 request a new application. As such, it is requested that you remit the $150
' application fee to our office. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your two 1985 applications and the one of October 22 in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
