The enclosures forwarded with this letter together with the initial SALP report for WCGS forwarded in our letter dated June 2, 1989, are considered to be the final SALP report.

The NRC material presented at the meeting and a list of attendees are attached. The meeting was held at the request of NRC Region IV.
