87-99), dated July 27, 1988, covering the period February 1, 1987 through

May 15, 1988; and the transcripts from the NRC's Advisory Committee on Reactor

Safeguards (ACRS) Subcommittee meeting held on August 26, 1988, at Memorial

l Hall, Plymouth, Massachusetts, and the ACRS Full Committee meeting held on

September 8, 1988, in Bethesda, Maryland, concerning the proposed plant

restart.

Assessment Report, which were previously provided, and make it available for
