'This is to provide you with updated information about the subject _ inspection in, which you are assigned.
The-inspection is scheduled to be conducted August 8-19, 1988, with onsite preparation July 19-21', 1988. We will issue a revised operational / inspection plan shortly which provides the primary adminis-trative and technical guidance. ' Detailed planning and preparation for func-tional area inspections is, 'of-course, the responsibility of the. individual inspectors. Note that shift inspectors have also been assigned responsibility for various functional areas.
We-have made lodging. arrangements at the Sheraton Plymouth at Village Landing, 180 Water Street,. Plymouth, Massachusetts (508) 747-4900. Members should make their own travel arrangements.
Attachment ' 1 ~ is the current team roster.
Attachment 2 is a preliminary schedule.
For _ Region _ I inspectors, any necessary overtime will be paid. There will'be no compensatory time unless you make special arrangements with your supervisor.
Headquarters participants should make their own arrangements for overtime or compensatory time.
