This letter forwards a copy of the transcripts of the Public Meeting held by the Nuclear Regulatory.Commi ssion (NRC) on September 29, 1988, at Memorial Hall, Plymouth, Massachusetts, to describe the bases for the NRC staff's con-clusion regarding technical and management issues at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS), and of the public meeting held by' NRC on October 5,1988, in Rockville, Maryland, on the status of readiness for restart of PNPS.
