This letter forwards a copy of the transcripts of the Public Meeting held by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on September 29, 1988, at Memorial Hall, Plymouth, Massachusetts, to describe the bases for the NRC staff's con-clusion regarding technical and management issues at the Pilgrim Nucigar Power Station (PNPS), and of the public meeting held by NRC on October 5,1988, in Rockville, Maryland, on the status of readin$ss for restar t of PNPS.
