This letter forwards a copy of the transcripts of the Public Meeting held by the fluclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on September 29, 1988, at Memorial Hall, Plymouth, Massachusetts, to describe the bases for the NRC staff's con-clusion regarding technical and management ',ssues at the Pilgrim Nuclear Pcwer Station (PNPS), and of the public meeting held by NRC on October 5,1988, in Rockville, Maryland, on the status of readitiess for restart of PNPS.
