SUMMARY

- 2020 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT MEETING REGARDING THE SAINT LUCIE NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2, DOCKET NO. 50-335 AND 389, AND THE TURKEY POINT NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION UNITS 3 AND 4, DOCKET NO. 50-250 AND 50-251. MEETING NUMBER 20210505 On May 12, 2021, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a live virtual meeting concerning the Saint Lucie Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and 2 and the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Station Unit 3 and 4. The purpose of the meeting was to provide opportunities for the public to discuss the annual assessment for the period of January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.

In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus and updated Federal Government guidance on travel and social distancing, the meeting was held remotely through the Microsoft Teams application.

Additionally, a call-only telephone bridge line was available. The following documents related to the meeting are available in ADAMS: Meeting Notice (ML21110A051), Assessment Meeting Presentation (ML21109A005).

The meeting was conducted from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM local time. Meeting attendees consisted of representatives from the NRC, Florida Power and Light, local media and members of the public. Due to the nature of the meeting, no official list of attendees is included. NRC staff were available for questions following each presentation. There was minimal interaction with the public which was consistent with the typical annual assessment meetings conducted near the station.

The meeting was listed in the Public Meeting Feedback System under Meeting Code 20210505 and as of the date of this memo, no feedback responses were submitted.
