FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY DATE & TIME: Tuesday, July 12, 2011 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-684 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with representatives of Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) the St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 1 Extended Power Uprate license amendment request that is currently under review.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Proprietary information will be discussed at certain times during this meeting. These portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public who have not been granted access to the information by the owner of the information.
