ACCEPTANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR AN EXTENDED POWER UPRATE (EPU), ST. LUCIE NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 The Environmental Review and Guidance Update Branch (RERB) of the Division of License Renewal has reviewed the environmental information submitted by the applicant, Florida Power & Light (FPL), in the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant Unit 1, Attachment 2, License Amendment Request, Extended Power Uprate, Supplemental Environmental Report, 2010.
Based on the RERB review, the applicant's Environmental Report meets the requirements of 10 CFR 51.41, and provides sufficient information to accept the Environmental Report and to start the environmental review.
