FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT, TURKEY POINT, UNITS 3 AND 4 DATE & TIME: Thursday, March 31,2011 Time 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-8B2 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with representatives of Florida Power & Light (FPL) the Turkey Point Extended Power Uprate license amendment request that is currently under review.

• This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
