This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. D. Bradley of this office on on September 19-22, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-158, CPPR-159, CPPR-160, and CPPR-161 f or the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 facilities, and to the discussion of our findings held with Mr. R. M. Parsons at the conclusion of the inspectio Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
