SUBJECT: REPORT NO. 50-400/86-66
Thank you for your response of December 19, 1986, to our Notice of Violation
issued on November 21, 1986, concerning activities conducted at your Shearon
Harris facility under NRC Construction Permit No. CPPR-158.
We have evaluated
your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. A followup
inspection was conducted on November 17-21, 1986, to review the corrective
actions taken to resolve the separation problems at Harris.
Your response and
the findings documented in Inspection Report No. 50-400/86-86 substantiate that
you have completed all corrective actions.
Therefore, we consider the
separation issue closed.
