In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(c), Carolina Power Ec Light Company (CPS') is submitting a new NRC Form 396, "Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee," for a Senior Reactor Operator licensed to operate'he Harris Nuclear Plant. The name, docket number, and license number for the individual is included in the enclosure to this letter. It is requested that the license for the individual be amended in'accordance with"the change identified on the NRC Form 396 being submitted.

CP8cL requests that the information contained in the enclosure to this letter and the submitted NRC Form 396 be exempt from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6) since disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
