By letter dated June 30, 1999, the NRC requested that Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) review the Harris Nuclear Plant (HNP) information contained in the NRC's Reactor Vessel Integrity Database (RVID) for accuracy.The data has been reviewed for HNP, and the identified discrepancies are presented below.

This information was provided to the NRC in the initial review of the RVID, by letter dated November 16, 1995.
