Donnie, As you will recall, during the meeting of June 1st on Oyster Creek Drywell Shell it was discussed that there would be a meeting scheduled for June 22nd to allow for follow-up discussions between NRC Staff and AmerGen on the same subject. Also recall that the Staff indicated that the follow-up meeting would be optional, depending upon how AmerGen wanted to respond to NRC questions discussed on June 1st.

AmerGen has elected to provide written responses to the issues that the Staff discussed during the June 1st meeting, which were documented in the NRC meeting summary dated June 9, 2006 (ADAMS ML061600368). Therefore, AmerGen does not believe an additional meeting is required to discuss these items, and thereby requests that the meeting scheduled for June 22nd be cancelled.
