cab-question16:

nocab-question1: There have been discussions with federal, state, and local representatives and with the new license holder with no decision at this time. Our volunteer organization, Concerned Citizens of Lacey

Township strongly supports a CAB.

nocab-question2: There seems to be opposition from the new license holder, Holtec International.

nocab-question3: The decommissioning process is just beginning and there have been local forum by federal, local and the NRC. However these forums have not provided much information of the process and most of the community questions have gone unanswered.

nocab-question4: There are none. A local CAB is a necessary part of the process in order to provide the community with information and assist the decommissioning agent with valuable input on the local environment and stakeholder concerns.

nocab-question5: Not having a local CAB would result in poorer communication with the community, ignore local concerns, and not take advantage of available skills of community members.
