Attached is an annual report prepared by the NJDEP regarding NJPDES compliance at: OCGS.
You had requested the last five years of NPDES reports. Does this type of report suffice?
There is no actual data reported but rather whether or not the plant was in compliance for various parameters. Bill Maher indicated he could send us the monthly reports prepared by AmerGen. Each is about 30 pages long. Do you prefer those reports? I mentioned to Bill that we would also like the annual toxicity reports mentioned on page 2 of the attached report and he said he would send those as well for each of the 5 years.
