By letter dated May 7, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Nos.ML20128J904), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI, the licensee) requested temporary exemption from certain requalification requirements for security personnel at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS).
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is reviewing the application and has determined that a response to the attached request for additional information (RAI) is needed to complete its review. The staff discussed this request with you on May 12, 2020 and requests that you provide a response to this RAI (via e-mail and followed by a letter) by May 14, 2020. Please contact me if you are unable to provide a response by this date or if you have any question.
