Andrea, By letter dated November 20, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20325A235), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI, the licensee) requested an exemption from Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 73, Appendix B,Section VI, subsection C.3.(l)(1), regarding the annual force-on-force (FOF) exercises for calendar year 2020 at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS).

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is reviewing the request and has determined that a response to the attached request for additional information (RAI) is needed to complete its review. The staff discussed this request with you on November 30, 2020 and requests that you provide a response to the RAI by December 4, 2020. Please contact me if you are unable to provide a response by this date or if you have any question.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this e-mail and attached RAI will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs ADAMS. The ADAMS database is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
