AmerGen's Letter 2130-06-20358, "Additional Information Concerning FSAR Supplement Supporting the Oyster Creek Generating Station License Renewal Application (TAC No. MC7624)," dated July 7, 2006 In Reference 1, AmerGen submitted information summarizing inspection results and new commitments stemming from the October 2006 Oyster Creek refueling outage, to support the NRC staff's review of AmerGen's associated license renewal application. In its presentation of the new commitments (Table A.5, License Renewal Commitment List, sub-items 14 through 17 of IWE Program commitment #27), AmerGen inadvertently included outdated information in its description of existing IWE Program commitment # 27, sub-items 10 and 11.

Reference 2 correctly describes IWE Program commitment # 27, sub-items 10 and 11. This was clarified verbally with the NRC staff on December 13, 2006.

Note that this correction applies to three sections of Reference 1, as follows:

1) Section A.1.27, ASME Section XI, Subsection IWE, Aging Management Program Description (page 38 of 74),

2) Table A.5, License Renewal Commitment List (pages 45 and 46 of 74), and

3) Section B.1.27, ASME Section XI, Subsection IWE, Aging Management Program /_

December 15, 2006 Page 2 of 2 Similarly, the ASME Section XI, Subsection IWE Program descriptions (Appendix A, Section A.1.27 and Appendix B, Section B.1.27) submitted in Reference 1 also contained outdated information in its description of IWE program elements 12 and 13. Reference 3 correctly describes IWE program elements 12 and 13. The commitment descriptions as described in the updated A.5 list of Reference 1 were correct as submitted.

Neither of these corrections affects the post-2006 refueling outage information that was provided in Reference 1. Both serve to make Reference 1 consistent with information submitted previously in References 2 and 3.
