GALL Reconciliation Documents DonnieiRoy, Per our earlier discussions, attached please find Revision 1 to the Reconciliation document reviewed earlier a s part of the Audit (the PDF document below), and also the Revision 1 of the reconciliation "Roadrrap" that was created to facilitate the staff's review. Two other short attachments are included for convenience - a cover sheet for the roadmap document and a key for using the roadmap.

Provision of the revised Reconciliation document satisfies the action specified in AMP/AMR Audit question AMR-355, under which the Oyster Creek License Renewal Team performed an evaluation of new GALL line items to determine their applicability to Oyster Creek Generating Station.

As per our discussions, we will also be submitting under a formal cover letter the high level results of our GALL reconciliation efforts, which will summarize the substantive effects of GALL Revision 1 on the Oyster Greek LRA. This separate submittal will satisfy the commitment we made within the original Oyster Creek LRA to perform the GALL reconciliation within 6 months following the issuance of GALL revision 1, which was noticed as publicly available in the Federal Register on September 30, 2005.
