nocab-question1: The formation of an oversight board has kust been announced by our governor but we need a CAB here in Lacey.
nocab-question2: The owners of the plant, Holtec did not feel there was a need for one and decided they will not establish one.
nocab-question3: Holtec the decommissioning owner holds Lacey Local forums. Based on the first one held 9/23/2019, Holtec did not answer questions correctly, gave incorrect questions, screen questions they could not answer. This was brought to light by several news reporters and those articles were emailed 10/4 to Bruce Watson at Docket ID NRC-2019-0073-0001 NEIMA Section 108 Public Meeting Near Oyster Creek.
nocab-question4: There are no advantages to not having a board, WE NEED ONE.
nocab-question5: None of our local voices can be heard without one. There is no transparency about what is going on at the plant without having a board which can have questions answered. The NRC needs to mandate that all plants have a CAB which includes local citizens.
