Reference is made to Department of the Army permit dated September 12, 1997 authorizing GPU Nuclear, Incorporated to dredge Forked River, in Lacey Township, Ocean County, New Jersey.

In accordance with your request dated September 12, 1997, the enclosed plan is approved to supersede the previously approved plan.

The revised plan provides for increasing the area to be dredged by 1500 square feet, adjacent to Block 123.01, Lot 19, in Lacey Township, Ocean County, New Jersey.

All other conditions to which the permit was made subject remain in full force and effect.
