nocab-question1: New jersey has put together an oversight Panel nocab-question2: Holtec Intl the decommissioning company has indicated it will not allow one.

nocab-question3: The oversight panel has no eyes or ears available for the public so our concerned citizens for lacey coalition Has to send questions to the NRc which have gone unanswered and brought to light at the 10/3 NRC meeting in Manahwakin, NJ nocab-question4: there are none.

nocab-question5: Again, there would be no communication, checks and balances, etc. A email was sent to bruce Watson at NRC outlining these issues shortly after the 10/3 NRC meeting. So we are waiting his response. what happens of the decommissioning does not do its job? Would this be because there are not public questioning checks and balances?
