The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 3 to Facility License No. R-108 for the TRIGA Mark I research reactor in response to your application dated l'. arch 11, 1976, as supplemented flovember 5,1976.
The amendment renews the operating license until December 20, 1986.
As discussed with and agreed to by your staff the anendment also adds -
a paragraph to the license which identifies the currently approved security plan and incorporates the plan as a condition of the license.
The document comprising the currently approved security plan for the TRIGA reactor facility and our evaluation findings are in the Commission's files. Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 2.790(d) this information is withheld from public disclosure.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation / Environmental Impact Appraisal and the Notice of Issuance /Hegative Declaration are also enclosed.
