This change does not decrease the safegaards effectiveness of the Security Plan.

Section II. Security Procedures.

Part B. Security Area.

Change paragraph 2, sentences 6 and 7, from:

"A heavy iron gate with two special-key padlocks reinforces the wooden access door to the reactor room. Both the iron gate and the wooden door are closed and locked during non-working hours.'

to:

"A heavy iron gate with two special-key padlocks reinforces the three-hour-rated steel fire door which provides access to the' reactor room.

Both the iron gate and the steel fire door are closed and locked during non-working hours."

Other modifications of the physical security system have been made to increase the effectiveness of the system. These modifications did not result in changes of the Security Plan.
