NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL 0F FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE AT INCREASED POWER LEVEL Enclosed is a copy of the " Notice of Consideration of Application for Renewal of Facility Operating License at Increased Power Level" that is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication. The Notice relates to your application dated November 14, 1986, for a license amendment to renew Facility Operating License No. R-108 at an increased power level. The expiration date for this license was December 20, 1986.

Since your application has been submitted at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of your license, you have satisfied the requirements of 10 CFR Part 2, Section 2.109, entitled "Effect of Timely Renewal Application."

Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.109, the existing license will be deemed not to have expired until the application has been finally determined.
