i EPZ. In the plan, there are two references to "EPZ". In the definition section, the EPZ is defined as "the reactor room Lab 51-A". In Section V, the "EPZ"is defined es "the operations boundmy*'. Which definition is correct?
4 Operations boundary. The definition of the operations boundary is not clearly stated.
Site Boundary. The definition of the site boundary is not clearly stated.
Dow fence line. The definition of the Dow fence line is not givan. How does it relate to the site boundary?

- 6. Describe the training program received by the reactor supervisor and the reactor staff.
Explain why decreasing the frequency of the training from annustly to biennially does not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan and preparedness.
