REGARDING RESPONSES TO GL S3 7 , M S 3.2.1 AND 3.2.2 tRVAl'5A5 NUCLEAR ONE, ORIO AND 2-DOCKET'N05. 50-313 AND 50-368 The staff has been directed to use the following guidelires in their review of items 3.2.1 and 3.2.2.

1. The licensee has subritted a statement indicating that he has revieved plant test ard maintenance procedures and Technical Specifications to assure that postmaintenance operability testing of all safety-related components is required.

2. An unarbigueus commitment shccld be obtained fron each licensee that postmaintenance testing will verify corronent capability to perform all safety functions.

We request that you supply additional information on hew the above guidelines i are met.
