The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.- 94 to Facility Operating.

License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant.- This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated December 22, 1986, with additional information provided by_ your letter dated October 26, 1988.

This amendment revises the station battery surveillance test time from the

'present eight-hour requirement to two hours.

A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in 'the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
